This is the second exercise in the series –

Fitness Quotes for Motivation and Inspiration.

 

We all have days when we feel really unmotivated to exercise, or we feel very motivated to eat some junk that we really don’t want to eat. These fitness quotes are definitely for you.

Each motivational Quote is repeated 5 times during the course of this exercise. It doesn't matter whether you are trying to lose weight, or trying to reach a particular goal in the gym, just make sure to say them out loud even as you are working out and check yourself afterward.
